Dense, matt opaque leg which then gives way to a wide band from the turkish "Ottoman" design. Loads of detail in the strip which then moves into a band at the top of the thigh giving the illusion of a thigh length boot. Perfect to be worn with a short black dress or shorts. Totally opulent and not to be missed by fashionista's.
